Cushing man charged with trap cutting By Kim Lincoln CUSHING (Aug 12): The Maine Marine Patrol nabbed a 31-year-old Cushing man for cutting lobster traps Aug. 11, after two patrol officers, who were performing undercover surveillance in Muscongus Bay, said they caught the man in the act.
Heath Yeaton has been charged with two counts of molesting lobster traps and will also be charged with lobstering without a license, according to Marine Patrol Lt. Jonathan Cornish.
